I love everything about the hotel specially the beach location. What I didn’t like it was when you speak Spanish you will get 100 percent better service and if you don’t speak Spanish you Have to wait for everything specially in the Buffet area!

I liked all the intertainment. I did not like the supervisor yelling at the cooks in front of us. There are way to talk to them.

Overall everything was great, only complaint I have is the cleanliness of the rooms, the staff can do a better job of making sure there aren't any stains of bodily fluids on the walls, mirros, bed sheets and furniture. The other thing is the rooms aren't in the best condition, new furniture and a paint job is needed.

Staff was friend, & mostly accommodating. The hotel was extremely outdated, not much to do on the resort, & not very kid friendly. The food was horrible, but we made the best of our vacation.

The food was absolutely terrible. The rooms are dirty. We found a literal snot ball on our blue square bed pillow. It took 6 hours to get new cover. When we arrived they told us the room we paid for (ocean view) was not available but that we could get it the next day. The view was terrible, another building. The next day we tried in the morning. The guy argued us and told us we got what we paid for, even our envelope had our original room number whited out. We finally got the room we paid for 2 days later!!!!! When we picked up our keys, the receptionist said we were given the wrong room and was apologetic.

We stayed for 5 nights, wish we would of done 7. The resort it self was super nice, staff was pretty friendly. There isn't any high end liquor. No choice of beer. Your only get xx and it's not very cold either. The biggest disappointment was by far the food. The buffet food was board line goss. No salsa, tortillas no tacos. Huge disappointment. There was 3 restaurants but you should call them little buffets and only open twice a week. I honestly would get the food a 2 if that. Other then the food great resort
