Myself, age 30, went with 2 other friends and we had an absolute blast. Super easy to make friends when you get there, we had a great group. This is definitely a party resort. Which is what we wanted. Foam party on the roof was so lit. Service is great, everyone is super friendly. Highly recommend Diamond Club. The food is very average. The best things were the tomahawk steak and lobster tail at the steakhouse. You have to pay extra but it’s worth it. The sports bar has a couple good things like the brisket quesadilla and Cajun shrimp. The chicken at the pool bar is awesome. Room service-wise, the burger is okay but the best thing is just the basic chicken tenders. Our butler, Rosanna was amazing. So nice and accommodating. Housekeeping cleaned our room spotless every day, it was great to come back to a clean room every day. The clubs are right down the street, 5 min walk. Got a pretty decent pedicure from the spa too. All in all, highly recommend. I’ve been to a couple other all inclusives in Cancun and this is the best one so far.

Everyone at Royalton Chic was absolutely nice. I have no complains about the staff. They always made you feel so welcoming. Rooms were clean and spacious. We had a view of the ocean so breathtaking. Celebrated my bachelorette at Royalton Chic and would absolutely go back! Food was average. Buffett, the sports bar, and the pool food were probably my favorite. Italian restaurant was my least favorite. The swim up bar was a PLUS for us. Staff always had fun activities by the pool. One of the days we were there they had a foam party which was my fav!

This was a beautiful stay. My boyfriend and I were able to experience the party and the relaxing side of the resort. There is something for everyone to do. The shows are great. The staff really puts a lot of effort in. They also are very kind and interactive. The service was amazing it doesn’t matter where you are you’re being asked if you need anything to help your stay be better. It’s very clean. The beach is beautiful. They have different things to do in the beach such as jet ski, parasailing..etc it’s very safe and you feel like it’s a home away from home. The only down side is if you’re not diamond club there is a wait for each restaurant the eat. Having said that it’s not too much of a down side because there is always a bar close by to hangout and drink with whoever you came with. Overall we had an amazing and memorable time and we would go again!

Worst Marriott property with rude staff. I tried to call them 5 times before arriving to make sure we had a room with 2 beds and I was travelling with my father. No answer. Get there late to rude ‘management’ and a room with 1 bed. Not to mention I am a titanium elite member. I have never been treated so poorly in a Marriott property or hotel for that matter in my life. Was then told you cannot book any restaurant, it is first come first served but one night had to eat at the buffet as you had to have booked the restaurant?! Rooms are outdated, elevators are infuriating slow, staff is so rude and clearly vindictive or just not knowledgeable.
