I booked well in advance still managed I think the smallest room in this owner run hotel. Great location, safe and secure. Also very quiet given the location. No lift might be a concern for some. The owners were very pleasant and helpful.

Nice and clean hotel. Lovely family environment
Its a great hotel for those who dont like or need lifts. The sink is small, but the hotel is great in general. I like how its run by a family so no commercial aspect in it.

Super Hotel zum guten Preis
Da ich allein gereist bin, benötigte ich nur ein kleins Einzelzimmer, dieses war auch “klein“ aber vollkommen ausreichend. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und sie sprechen auch sehr gut deutsch (Schweizer). Frühstück ist auch sehr gut, vorallem das Spiegelei :) Liegt auch gut in Strandnähe, das einzigste was etwas unpraktisch war, war der Standort welcher mir auf meinem Telefon angezeigt wurde, dieser hat nicht gestimmt und ich bin bei der Anreise etwas rumgesteuert um das Hotel zu finden... aber ich würde sagen das ist das geringste Problem ... Viel Spaß den nächsten Besuchern !

Excellent!
Très bon accueil Petit hôtel très bien placé en centre ville de cannes à 50 m de l Hôtel de Ville et à 100 m du palais des festivals et des plages de la Croisette.on est aussi a 200 mde la gare tgv, qu on rejoint à pied par les voies piétonnes. L h ô tél est néanmoins au calme dans une petite rue piétonne Il est très astucieusement équipé, ne manquant de rien au niveau du confort Excellent accueil et hôtel très bien tenu par les propriétaires J avais choisi une petite chambre pour une personne ( le lit était double néanmoins) et avec petit balcon donnant vue sur le vieux port et la mer.

Un séjour formidable
J'ai passé 7 nuits dans cette hôtel, j'était surpris par la localisation du l’hôtel qui en plein centre de cannes, a deux pas du festival de cannes, en face du vieux port, et du boulevard de la croisette et bien sûr les plages qui sont a 4 minutes de marche.. de très nombreux restaurants magasins... sont au pied de l’immeuble, un McDo juste en bas. concernant l’hôtel lui même, je dirai fabuleux. je remercie le personnel qui est vraiment accueillant et qui est a votre service tout le temps. Formidable je le recommande a 100%

Hotel des Allees in august-16
We had a very nice stay at Hotel des Allees. The service from Fritz and Anna-Lise(owners) were fantastic, all from keeping the hotel extra ordinary clean to always be around and help you to have the greatest vacation as possible. Never had such a experience before. Great quality on everything in the room wit a kind of home feeling about it. Love it!

Kort ferietur til Cannes
Jeg var på kort ferie tur i Cannes i juli 2015 og Hôtel Des Allêes var en veldig bra plass og bo. Hotellet er plassert sentralt i Cannes med resturanter og shopping områder like utenfor døra. Avstand til sand strender er ca 300 meter. Avstand til strand på La Corisette er ca 3 km. Hvis du vil reise til øyene sør for Cannes er det rundt en km å gå for å komme til båtene som tar deg dit. Servicen på hotellet var svært bra. Jeg sov godt om nettene. Frokosten var god og veldig trivelig.

Very central, very personal
This hotel is a cute little hotel in the very central. The positioning is perfect for any tourist or convention participant, all the restaurants there etc. It's run by a Swiss couple. Very nice couple but it was a little bit too personal for me. The price is quite high, and you're paying for place, not accommodation. The room could be a bit roomier and the air conditioning was pointing directly on to my bed so I got a sore throat. Overal the positioning is the main thing, accommodation wasn't up for its best.
