Calme et douceurs bleutées
Nous avons passé 2 semaines très agréables, régulièrement nous avions la piscine rien que pour nous, juste en face de la location, comme une piscine privée. Pour faire des randonnées, nous avions le bois, la rivière non loin et l'océan Un peu plus éloigné. Le jardin n'a pas de vis à vis et c'est très calme. Christophe est accueillant et Mme Delmas très plaisante. Quand on arrive, les lits sont faits et nous avons des petits présents, pour nous souhaiter la bienvenue. Je recommande pour vos vacances.

First I must say that we really enjoyed the stay here. The high light is that the swimming pool it is right opposite the door and very convenient. The house was well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher and other appliances. The Bathroom was very small, and there was no shower pole so, having a shower was not easy. Also there was no overhead light or electrical socket so if you want to dry your hair you must run a extension cord from the living area…not very convenient. The outside area with sand had lots of weeds and dead leaves and hadn’t been tended to for a long time.In the Manuel provided it asked to be careful about sand in the drains…which we paid attention to However if there was a mat to wipe your feet on,that might help as the garden is sand. On the description it is said that language spoken was English, the owner did communicate in English, but the person who we actually had to deal with on arrival didn’t.

Plutot située sortie capbreton direction labenne que d hossegor location correcte minimaliste en terme de confort et de décoration juste le strict nécessaire !! Prevoir sa voiture ne serais ce que pour aller chercher son pain néanmoins au calme et tranquille

Accueil chaleureux par Guillaume avec cadeau de bienvenue de la part des propriétaires. Petites attentions concernant le bébé (prêt de chaise haute et proposition de lit parapluie), ce qui a été très apprécié Emplacement proche de Capbreton (10min à vélo ou à pied) et piscine dans la résidence très propre et tout à fait adéquate. La maison est coquette et plutôt grande par rapport au descriptif. Une petite plage de sable à l'arrière qui a conquis le bébé. L'électroménager est fonctionnel. Petit bémol, pas suffisamment de couverts pour être à l'aise sur les services et manque d'ustensiles importants pour nous type essoreuse a salade, pince pour la viande, torchons... Le ménage initial était vraiment léger, surtout concernant l'aération de la maison, la poussière et les toilettes. Les propriétaires demandent à ce que le barbecue soit rendu propre , ce qui est tout a fait normal, mais pas d'outils pour le nettoyer .. du coup pas d'autre choix que de prendre la pelle destinée au ménage.. C'est dommage car peu de choses en plus et la maison serait vraiment au top. Merci pour votre accueil

Maison très bien située permettant de se déplacer à vélo très facilement Les plages sont proches Résidence calme Petit bémol : l'équipement mériterait d'être un peu étoffé (manque de la vaisselle pour éviter de faire tourner le lave vaisselle à vide) et il aurait aussi été appréciable de trouver certains produits de base comme des produits d'entretient, ou huile sel poivre....

Très bon séjour
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour , l’emplacement de la maison juste face à la piscine est un plus ! Facilité de parking en face de la maison. Électroménager un peu vieillot ( surtout le four ) mais le reste est top ! Chouette attention à l’arrivée avec des petits cadeaux de bienvenue .

excellent séjour à Capbreton
Maison bien située par rapport à l'océan et à la pinède (surtout si l'on a un chien) ; le vélo est indispensable ( de toute façon c'est la vraie galère pour se déplacer dans Capbreton en voiture l'été )la maison est bien équipée et on a le soleil toute la journée! piscine en face de la maison très agréable; le quartier est tranquille
