I had the room with the King bed. It was clean, and I loved the size of the refrigerator. The people at the front desk was so courteous, nice and polite.

The bathroom was really small with a dirty sink. The beds were lumpy and there were no blankets even tho it was cold. The heater was so loud that it was hard to sleep.

Sorry for your unpleasant stay. Perhaps your AC unit was in energy-save mode. Which constantly makes it turn on/off. Blankets are all stored in your closet or dresser drawers. Thanks for your review we will look into the other issues. Thanks, Management

Location to the beach. Also, the pool. This is all i have to say and you should not have a 50 character minimum to answer this section.

We had a coffee maker in our room but no coffee. The shower head was leaking all over the place and got the bathroom floor all wet. The drain in the shower must be clogged because as we took a shower, the tub filled up with water and took a long time to go down the drain. On our last day, we found ants all over the bathroom.

Worse Motel (staff)

Pros: near to the beach
Cons: Replace Manager Alex and cleaning staff
I stay at this place on 8/18-8/20. The call Manager(Alex) have no customer service skills. I check in around 7pm. My family and I when to the room to find out I was giving a room with now view. I had pay for a room with a balcony to the City... Our bed was full of sand and the floors too.. The room was not smelling that great. I when to speak to the Manager(Alex) and explain our situation at that point. the first time Alext told me you need to speak to Travelocity who I had book the place online. Alex, told me that was there mistake. I when to the smelling room and call Travelocity and spoke to customer service. They told me I was correct on my reservation and they will contact the hotel manager for me and call me back after. I when back down downstair to the Hotel manager to see if he was able to get use a different room. Alex, was busy with other customer ..so I waited to he finish with the customer witch he was complaining as well. When Alex finish with is customer. He told me what do you want a discount or money back... Because I can't do any of that. I'm sure if It was sunny outside you would not be complaining about your room. This was the exact word Alex use. I got up from the chair and told Alex the Manager.. Excuse me.. are you talking to me. Is that how you treat your customer? You have no right to tal to me that way you with the problems in your MOTEL and Reservations. I'm been nice about it. you have not right to tell me that. Where did you get your m
