Fully appointed fitness center, game room, sauna and steam room are all a short walk within the complex. Children and adults really enjoy the amenities and around the clock security. Seapointe life guards are stationed on our private beach and at our pools.
Balcony - Very Best Location - Great views. Very secure inside complex location.
We thought it was of utmost importance for our photos to show views from our balcony. No surprises. We want you to sit on our balcony and say "Wow", not "Oh". We are always glad to talk about Seapointe and share information.
Note: Exact location of our condo: See close up on the satellite view of Diamond Beach. We are at the front half (toward ocean) of Bldg. (white roof) at Seapointe Blvd. and Memphis Ave. Notice from our pictures that you will have a great view of the ocean and the oceanfront pool. We spend a lot of time on our balcony and we want you to know your view. On these sites there are many photos of what you will see from above and throughout the complex; these are great but from some balconies the view and noise level may be quite different from our condo. First comments have always included satisfaction with the balcony views. Suffice it to say - a lot of time is spent on the balcony.
