Pleasant resort in quiet village. Includes shuttle to and from the ferry. Friendly and helpful staff. Bedroom, bathroom and corridor permanently dusty. Continuous smell of cigarette smoke through air conditioning. Overall we would stay again if on Capraia.

Incredible setting
There aren't many hotels on Capraia, this was a great option on the edge of the Paese. Generous free breakfasts and lovely, helpful staff. We would love to return.

Sono stato in vacanza presso questa struttura molto soddisfatto , ambiente bello pulito ed accogliente , non si presta come un hotel ma come descritto un resort , perché è collocato in un sistema che da tranquillità agli ospiti anche se la struttura era quasi al completo. Le stanze grandi accoglienti , nel mio caso ben arieggiate da finestre e spaziosa. Quando arrivato sono stato subito accolto da personale gentilissimo sempre disponibile , la colazione continentale ma abbondante , la piscina è collocata in una bellissima zona , resort vista porto e mare come descritto , una bella spiaggia privata visto che poi l’isola spiagge non ne a , però troppo alti i costi giornalieri per le sdraio e ombrelloni per gli ospiti della struttura. Raccomanderei la direzione di segnalare che quando si arriva con il traghetto c’è un pulmino per gli ospiti che serve per raggiungere il resort senza fare la strada a piedi e con valige. Buona vacanza a tutti chi va Capraia isola tranquilla e accogliente Giuliano

L`albergo potrebbe essere il più bello dell'isola ma la gestione lascia tanto a desiderare. (sappiamo che ci sono gravi problemi finanziari). Pulizia della camera perfetta, cura degli esterni ma colazione PESSIMA con ingredienti e cibo terribili a tal punto di preferire la colazione al bar.

Grazioso Albergo Ottimo sistema di navetta dal porto all'albergo, personale sempre gentile. Qualche pecca sulle camere (alcune hanno una vista limitata sul mare) ma nel complesso un soggiorno gradevole.

Soggiorno nella norma
L'Hotel si trova in una buona posizione e gode di una bella vista sul mare. Carina la zona piscina e la "spiaggia" è piccola ma ben attrezzata. Qalche nota negativa riguarda la stanza. Ho soggiornato in una camera al piano terra e l'umidità si percepiva parecchio soprattutto nell'odore. Inoltre, il sistema di areazione presentva qualche problema in quanto spesso è capitato che per pochi secondi si azionasse una ventola rumorosissima, il che non era proprio piacevolissimo soprattutto di notte. La colazione abbondante ma standard. Personale cordiale e disponibile.

Resort in pessime condizioni
Siamo stati due notti nel ponte del 1 maggio nel Resort La Mandola ed abbiamo riscontrato diversi problemi: gli edifici hanno all'esterno ed all'interno forte bisogno di ristrutturazione. Durante la prima notte una perdita d'acqua dal sistema di condizionamento ci ha svegliati alle 4.30 del mattino anche se poi il personale si è prodigato per sistemare il tutto entro la sera successiva. Il secondo giorno invece un guasto alle caldaie ci ha costretti ad una doccia semi fredda non molto piacevole. Abbiamo ricevuto le scuse del personale ed uno sconto sul soggiorno ma al momento non penso ritornerei in questa struttura.
