"Sa Sermenta" is a cottage situated  only 500 metres from Museddu beach and 2,5 km from the village called Cardedu. . The property  is composed of a living room with kitchenette, a double room, a twin room and a bathroom. The house has also a spacious veranda  and it is surrounded by a vineyard and olive trees.  
The cottage can accommodate 6 people thanks to  the day bed in the living room.

Casa molto vivibile, dentro e fuori, curato e ordinato, ideale per stare tranquilli, mare a 10 minuti a piedi. In ogni angolo della casa ci sono prese di corrente, non servono prese multiple per caricare i cellulari.

Tolles Ferienhaus
Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und großzügig. Die große Veranda lädt abends zum Sitzen im Freien ein. Der große gemauerte Grill war ebenfalls, was bisher nicht oft der Fall war, sehr sauber und in gutem Zustand. Die Besitzer die direkt nebenan wohnen haben uns regelmäßig mit frischen Weintrauben und Feigen aus ihrem Garten versorgt und waren ansonsten kaum zu sehen. Einziges Manko ist die Straße, die zwar nur eine Nebenstraße ist, aber dennoch bis in die Nacht hinein viel befahren ist. Das hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Ansonsten ein Top Aufenthalt in einem wunderschönen Haus Auch der Kontakt mit Marco von der Agentur war nett und unkompliziert!

Proprietà molto bella e inserita in un'oasi di pace in posizione comodissima per visitare l'Ogliastra e ideale per una famiglia di 4/6 persone anche tenuto conto delle ampissime aree esterne (patio, zona barbecue e giardino). Pulizia impeccabile alla consegna. Un grazie al team di ALL 4 Sardinia e in particolare a Marco per la cortesia, la solerzia e la disponibilità. Zu laut
Der Objektbeschreibung ist geschickterweise nicht zu entnehmen - weder in Wort noch in Bild - dass die Ferienwohnung an einer Kreuzung liegt, der Hauptverbindungsstrasse, die die Besiedlungen paralell zur Küste verbindet und einer Strasse, die bevorzugt von Motorradfahrern als Abkürzung zu eben dieser Strasse genutzt wird. Das morgendliche Schafgebimmel gehört ja zu einem Sardinienurlaub - der Verkehrslärm eher nicht. Hinzu kommt, dass die Vermieter aus einem grösseren Familienverbund bestehen, deren Terrasse genau an die des Ferienobjektes angrenzt. Die Leutchen haben sich gerne auf Ihrer Terrasse bis spät in den Abend zusammen gesetzt und ohne Rücksicht auf ihre Feriengäste sehr laute Konversationen geführt. Das ganze gipfelte in lauten Streitgesprächen oder auch ins Telefon schreien morgens um 7 Uhr. Es war nicht daran zu denken mal in Ruhe ein Buch zu lesen. Man kann in keiner Weise von sympathischen Vermietern sprechen - wir haben uns in den 3 Wochen Aufenthalt weder gegrüsst noch sonst irgendwelche Annäherungen gehabt. Zudem hatte man das Gefühl etwas kontrolliert zu werden - so waren z.B. die Liegen nach einmaliger Benutzung im Garten bei der Rückkehr vom Strand wieder an ihren Platz auf der Terrasse geräumt - mit knapp 60 Jahren ist das für mich Kindergarten und gehört nicht zu meiner Auffassung mich im Urlaub frei entfalten zu können. Der Hund ist leider immer noch kurz angekettet - ich weiss nicht warum - er schlägt sowieso nicht an, sondern jammert nur manchmal... Die in der Artikelbeschreibung erwähnte Klimaanlage ist nur gegen eine zusätzliche wöchentliche Zahlung von 50,- EUR nutzbar. Wir kennen diese Gegend recht gut, waren ca. 8x in verschiedenen Quartieren - hatten nie schlechte Erfahrungen, aber in dieses Haus werden wir mit Sicherheit nicht zurück kehren.

Sehr schönes Haus, aber ...
Wir haben hier mit 2 Kindern (6 und 8 Jahre alt) residiert. Die Beschreibung stimmt eigentlich sehr gut. Sauberkeit und Grösse sind in Ordnung. Die Küche ist einigermassen gut bestückt. Die Lage des Hauses ist grossartig, da ein riesen Strand (sehr sauber) in 10 min zu Fuss erreichbar ist! In unserer Zeit (20.08.21 - 08.09.21) war dieser Strand auch so gut wie leer! Weiters gibt es einige durchaus auch anspruchsvolle Mountainbike-touren, da Berge nicht weit entfernt sind! Supermärkte findet man am einfachsten in Cardedu (ca 7 min mit dem Auto) und eine grössere Stadt (Tortoli/Arbatax) ist ca. eine halbe Fahrstunde entfernt. soviel zur Unterkunft an sich. Jetzt zum "aber ..." So wie es bereits ein Besucher vom Juni !!!! diesen Jahres angesprochen hat war hinter dem Haus ein Welpe an einem Baum angebunden, Bewegungsfreiheit vielleicht 2 Meter, und hat Tag und Nacht geheult und gewinselt. Uns, aber vor allem unseren Kindern tat dieses arme Tier sehr leid! Der Besitzer, dem auch das Haus gehört, hat sich in unserer Abwesenheit sehr darum "gesorgt", dass wir alles zu seiner Zufriedenheit belassen. (Wir kamen einmal vom Strand zurück, und haben ihn bei einem seiner Rundgänge auf unserer Seite des Grundstückes überrascht) Im Haus ist aber nie jemand gewesen! Wir haben uns mit der Frau des Besitzers sehr gut verstanden, was diese Umstände nicht weiter schlimm machte. Sie hat uns auch regelmässig mit Weintrauben aus ihrem Garten versorgt. Wir sind eher unproblematische Gäste, weswegen wir hier einen grossartigen Urlaub verbracht haben, ich kann mir aber vorstellen, dass es Menschen gibt, die mit gewissen Umständen nicht so locker umgehn können.

Sauber und geräumig
Alle Angaben zu Sauberkeit, Lage usw. passen mit Beschreibung überein. Die Freundlichkeit und Engagiertheit von Alessandro ist besonders hervorzuheben. Aber als negativ muss unbedingt erwähnt werden, dass während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes ein Welpe geweint/gejault hat, dass es einem das Herz brechen konnte. Er war dauerhaft eingesperrt und wurde nur minutenweise ein bis zwei Mal am Tag auf das Grundstück gelassen! Das, und die direkte Nachbarschaft zum Eigentümer sind die Gründe, warum wir trotz des schönen Hauses nicht wieder dorthin fahren werden!!!

geräumiges Haus in ruhiger Lage mit guter persönlicher Betreuung
Sehr geräumiges Haus mit riesigem Garten, schattige Plätzchen unter Olivenbäumen, sehr geeignet für eine Hängematte. Grosser Grill, Rost vorhanden, mit Waschbecken sowie Stromanschluss. Gartendusche nebenan - ideal für eine Abkühlung. Parken kann man überall im Garten, das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt. Der Besitzer wohnt nebenan, sehr freundliche Menschen, von denen wir wenig gehört und gesehen haben. Sehr großzügige Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln und 2 Liegen. Wäscheständer und Klammern vorhanden. Die Räume im Haus sind sehr groß und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Betten/Matratzen sind gut und sehr sauber. Das Wäschepaket ist sinnvoll, enthält Handtücher und Bettlaken. Bestellt man ein Doppelbettset, erhält man ein großes Laken (zum zudecken) für zwei. Mag jeder sein eigenes, dann besser Einzelsets bestellen. Das Bad ist gut ausgestattet, mit viel Stauraum. Waschmaschine und Fön sind vorhanden. Warmwasser mit Durchlauferhitzer. Küche mit großem Kühlschrank und extra Tiefkühlschrank oberhalb des Kühlschranks. Herd mit Gas, Ofen elektrisch, 2 landestypische Kaffee/Espressokocher. Küchenausstattung ausreichend, wenn wann keine großen Ansprüche hat. Alle Fenster und Türen haben Fensterläden und Mückengitter. Die Betreuung durch die Agentur war hervorragend, sowohl vorher als auch vor Ort. Alessandro war jederzeit ansprechbar und hat, wenn nötig, schnell Lösungen gefunden. Strand fußläufig erreichbar, auch per extra angelegten Fußweg. Es lohnt sich die Strände in der Umgebung zu erkunden. Das Objekt ist sehr empfehlenswert, wenn man seine Ruhe haben möchte.

Séjour très agréable à Museddu
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine en juin 2020. Alessandro, le gérant, est très accueillant et toujours disponible si besoin. La plage est à seulement 500 mètres en face de la maison. La région est très belle. Le jardin est grand et agréable. La maison est spacieuse, l'équipement est spartiate mais suffisant. La mitoyenneté de la maison et la petite route qui passe juste devant ne perturbent pas la tranquillité des lieux.
