Principality House (3 BR City Centre)

Principality House is a beautiful three bedroom apartment, with two double bedrooms, plus a twin bedroom with two single beds. The apartment comes fully equipped with a spacious lounge, perfect for catching up with friends, or relaxing in from of the TV, plus a kitchen diner where you can find everything you need for your stay, including a fridge freezer, a washing machine, microwave and coffee machine. The apartment comes with 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath. There is also a small courtyard where you can enjoy outdoor dining.

Perfect for a break in the city with friends or family or for visiting the city for an event at the stadium which is just a short walk away.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (4 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
