The mattress was horrible...pillows sucked too.....we hardly slept....the shower pressure was the worse.... You won't be seeing us there ever...we paid $350 for a lousy nights sleep... thanks 👍

It is a good value. Had to wait a few minutes for someone to appear and check is in. Once he showed up he was courteous and efficient.

Well situated hotel

The hotel was nice and well situated. Meaning would restaurants and shopping centers in the area. The first night we came, there was a fly in the room which freaked everybody out. Another issue was the water; the water would not stay hot, making it hard to shower in the cold weather. And that was a huge issue. Other than that, everything went well. It was very convenient that we could check out at 2:00 PM. That was very helpful.

terrible staff

Pros: can't think of one
Cons: No free Internet, Poor breakfast, terrible staff
The staff was so bad!!! not once but many times they were unable to do the simplest thing. Everything seemed to be a bother. Why do these people work there???????
