Lupulin House at Cabins at Morning Dew Hop Farm

**We are still accepting bookings. State forests & parks remain open and biking & cycling are considered safe to do, so long as you keep your distance from others. And we are, as always, cleaning thoroughly between guests and disinfecting surfaces.** Soak up the sun on an organic hop farm in the picturesque hills of Southeastern Ohio! Lupulin is a bright yellow powder found in hops that contains the aromatic resins and oils that make it such a magic ingredient in beer. We like to think Lupulin House is a magic ingredient in your vacation, whether a quick weekend getaway or a two-week family adventure. Sit back, relax, and unwind at this beautiful, newly built cabin nestled in the woods, featuring breathtaking views, loft bedroom, and a large outdoor deck. It features a kitchen space to make meals, on demand hot water, and flat screen smart TV and free WiFi. The large private outdoor deck is furnished with a table and 8 chairs, and boasts an extra large Weber gas grill. One bedroom, one luxurious loft, and a pullout couch in the living room accommodate up to five guests. Your booking also grants you access to our five-person hot tub, located under an adjacent building. Guests may reserve hot tub time in advance if they wish (reservations optional! You may book one hour per night of stay.) *The hot tub is SHARED, with both cabins granted access.* Cellular coverage ranges from zero to none here, but WiFi access is included with your stay. Located a scenic 45-minute drive from Hocking Hills State Park, and just fifteen minutes from uptown Athens or Ohio University. You may also tour our organic farm and garden, or take a walk through our 23 wooded acres. Pets are welcome with a $25 fee and the farm offers ample parking.

Weekend Getaway
Very clean and fun decor. Excited to visit when the addition of the spa/Himalayan salt room is added on site!!!

Cute small house
The yellow house is cute, very clean and lovely. We enjoyed gorgeous wood ceiling and cool main light fixture. Steve, the owner is very accommodating and helpful. We stayed on the first cold night of the season and the heat did not work right downstairs and there was a scheduling snafu with using the shared hot tub but overall recommend this cute house

Great getaway!
The cabin, the farm setting, the proximity to Athens/surrounding state parks made for a great quiet, relaxing getaway for me & my husband. Steve & Casey were very helpful answering questions before we arrived and while we were on property. We hope to return for future Parents Weekends or another weekend getaway.

Bachelorette Party at Morning Due Hop Farm
We were looking for a place to stay in the hocking hills area for my friend's bachelorette party, and it was initially difficult for us to find a nice place, for a large group (8-10), that didn't charge $400-500/ night. I came upon this place and fell in love with the fairy cabin. Due to the size of our party, we rented that and the yellow cabin. The fairy cabin is larger, and the yellow cabin is smaller (wouldn't recommend more that 2-4 people in it). Both were very nice obviously newer, and updated. There are multiple cabins on the property, and the property is a working hop farm- so the owners and sometimes others will be around- but they were very nice, and not bothersome. Also, keep in mind that the fire pit and hot tub are shared between the cabins- so if there is another party there at the same time as you, you will want to work out a head of time who is going to use it when. Overall, a beautiful, quiet, and unique place to stay- made for a fun weekend get away.

Adorable, comfy cabin
I stayed here for 5 nights, 2 of which my partner joined me for. The cabin is very cute and comfortable. I loved the decorating touches, especially the chandelier. The kitchen was pretty well stocked which was great because I forgot a few things I had wanted to bring with, but they were already there. I used the hot tub 3 times. It is shared, but it was always available when I wanted it. I chatted with Steve a few times who was friendly. Due to COVID he was a little hands off which is preferable at this time, but he did come check on us when requested. I used the grill every day. My only complaint is that the shower is very small and has low water pressure. It's not a deal breaker unless you're a rather large person, but that's something to keep in mind. The angle of the shower head in such a small shower means you're basically right up against the wall. Overall, I highly recommend this place.
