I checked in on Friday and the check in process was quick and easy. I get up to my room and got settled and then went to hook up my Xbox to the tv but there was no buttons on the tv to change input so I went down and asked if I could use a remote to change it. The lady was kind of snarky and told me she’s not suppose to let me use the remote but told me I can if I bring it right back. So I get the tv all set up and after a few minutes it turned off. Turned it back on and it keeps happening. Tried everything I could to fix it and nothing worked so I went back and told them what was going on. they said they can’t do anything about it and just keep turning the tv back on and they will put in a work order for the next day. I thought that was kind of rude. So we dealt with it for that night. Later I went to give my son a bath and there was no stopper or anyway to keep the water in the bath so I go down and tell them and ask if they have a bath stopper and they say no just to use a wash cloth..I’m like seriously?! So I just went back to my room. The next morning at like 8 we are sleeping and there’s a loud banging noise on the door, mind you I wasn’t sure it was my door being banged on. Happened a second time. No talking like letting us know maintenance was there so we don’t answer and they come opening the door up. We were still in bed with the lights off. They came in and replaced the tv right away and gave us a remote for the tv to keep. I should have been moved or Discounted.
