    The maid did what?

    Someone entered the room during the day, turning off the heater, opening the blinds and opening all drawers in the room. They did not clean anything, did not make the bed. They did not take care of dirty linens on bathroom floor. Whem i mentioned it to the staff at checkout. They told me it was the maid who came in on her day off just to rumage thru my room bur do no actual work. Licky for me, i left nothing personal in the room durimg the day.

    Great customer service. The room cleaning lady is amazing! Angie. She was very belpful and made a stay at a motel that much brighter! Always smiling. Great.

    Not as advertised at all.

    This hotel room was not as advertised. There was no microwave even though we did actually end up needing one, so I just had to go out and buy my kids more food since they got hungry and we couldn't eat the left overs we had from the restaurant earlier. There was a big crack in the shower and some kind of stain on the curtains. They asked for a $50 deposit on arrival which was not listed anywhere in the fine print of the advertisement for this hotel in the app, so I hadn't budgeted for it, so I didn't have it. The guy at the counter haggle with me for it and took everything I had left for the evening. It was so ridiculous. They need to quit their false advertising all around. The beds are hard and barely there, not much different than sleeping on the floor. The lamp had a nub that you couldn't even use to turn it on. Notice that there is a fridge in the picture, but no microwave. They barely had the lightest blanket on the bed, so we were a bit cold all night.
