This hotel is very clean....The food is excellent...the pool bars drinks are fantastic. The beach is not that great....it's dirty..no white sand....and also there are a lot of people selling stuffs on that beach. They are very aggressive....besides that, everything else is great...One more thing, if you want local foods, leave the hotel and walk two blocks. There are a lot of restaurants in the area selling better food and they are not expensive...I would recommend this hotel....

The Pool bar is th only good thing about the hotel

They didn’t change the bed sheets the room Kept losing power and the last day there wehad no water to take a shower

Beautiful hotel.. Great service..

We stayed only for 4 nights but We had a great time. From porters to concierge very very attentive to our needs. Very happy people .loved it. Made it a point to bring the rest of our family for vacation here. Specially this hotel felt very safe. Upgrading was offered and was the best idea. Josefina creates the the most delicious omelettes.. a +++ hotel

excellent hotel

the hotel was great the staff very helpful the service and the food were amazing didn't really pay much attention to the beach side but it was ok the pool was enough for the kids ..the food at the outside bar was great ..the guys at the reception were very helpful on telling us bout tours and stuff like that ..tip em 5 dollars here and there ...
