Staff is very nice, hotel is very clean and well maintained, live music at lobby was great, BUT check in tooks forever, it was only me but spend at least 30 min to check in with no reasson, reservation was ready, documents ready, all was in file....still took long time and dont understand why. Staff is really nice. I really recommend this hotel
