I never got the chance to experience any of it, because when I went to check in Friday night, they informed me that they gave my room away and they were sold out. So at midnight in a strange city, I was left stranded and homeless because of them. I will never give them a chance to do it again, and I hope no one else does either.

Our apologies for you losing your reservation. Your credit card was invalid and when we tried to contact you we did not receive any response. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy and unfortunately if your credit card is invalid, your reservation is no longer guaranteed. We did however hold your room til after 10 PM waiting for contact.

Everyone was very nice and accommodating.

Pros: staff
Cons: meals were good, but always could be better
Location: close to a lot of strip malls, stores, restaurants, gas station and freeway
The hotel staff was very friendly and the rooms and the facility were very clean. I was able to find a staff member so easy, they were always around if needed.
