Nice hotel, close to everything except they need to stock up a lot on toilet paper so we don’t frequently call the desk to bring us some. Need toothbrush and plenty of towels!

The Mandarin Hotel is a great place to stay. It's within walking distance of Ayala mall, has a great view of the city, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet came with the price of the room and is awesome. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The Mandarin has a nice pool, a gym you can get a bit of a workout in and a sauna. There is a Spa on the 6th floor, unfortunately I didn't get to try it out, due to all of the other wonderful things I did and saw on the beautiful Island of Cebu. If I had to complain about something with the Hotel, is would be there strict two person per room policy, which was fine for me, as it was only two of us in the room, but If a family were to stay in the hotel, they only supply towels and bathroom supplies for two people.

While the room overall was nice. There was a cockroach in the room and it was hard to get someone on the phone when we called the front desk and or housekeeping.

Great hotel at reasonable price

From check in to check out, we received excellent service from hotel staff. Upon arrival in our room, we were pleasantly surprised with the size of the room. Shower was perfect for the 6'3" height of my husband, and water pressure was great. WIFI is strong all throughout the hotel. We expected continental breakfast, but got complete breakfast buffet instead. It was okay and filling. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend.

Nice hotel
