Went to the bar area to order a drink to take to the room for a nightcap. Asked for a brandy Manhattan and the older lady didn’t know what brandy was, so I asked for a bourbon and sprite. She used the last of a bottle of Jim beam and didn’t know where another bottle was. So I gave up.

I understand that you had damage from the storm but you could have given us some small items for breakfast. I paid normal pricing for just putting my head on the pillow. You could have given us granola bars snd an oj would have been nice. I had to pay extra for that. I am a rewards member as well. Not happy.

Booked a double bed room, gave me a king. Went to the front desk, he said nope you booked a king. Nope I am travailing with my daughter why would I book a king? He proceeded to tell me it was my fault because I used Travelocity? Well that right there will tell you enough about this guy's crap attitude. Who needs a front desk person with an attitude after driving for 10 hours? Nobody that's who. Facility was nice, rooms were nice, to bad it needed to get ruined right when you walk in the door.
