Everything except the staff. Lights in room didn’t work, pool was gross, building had major cosmetic issues

This property had excellent amenities..some of which we didn't use due to time but rooms were very well appointed with refrigerators, microwave, coffee maker and clock radio...the last of which we did NOT find in the last 2 hotels we stayed in. I would easily stay there again if travel took me to Rutland.
