EXTREMELY limited breakfast. Don’t count on having anything of substance. Even the coffee was weak.

I had my family with young children in our rooms. Our 8 year old found a condom in the bed sheets, and there was a bed bug on our luggage when we left. That means they aren't cleaning rooms well at all. I am pissed between the two rooms for two days it was over 500$ we spent and the pool was closed the rooms weren't clean and we end up leaving with bed bugs

I booked a room for my 20 yr old daughter because she was coaching a high school volleyball club team and there was a tournament. After her long day she went to the hotel to check in and they would not let her check in because she was not 21 yrs old! So my daughter had no place to go in a town she was unfamiliar with and no rooms available near by due to the vb tournament

We only stayed one night. The room was nice and clean. The beds were nice but too hard for me. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub was not working, which bummed us out, since we had been traveling all day. We enjoyed the breakfast, wishing there was some kind of protein. The staff was friendly at check in and at breakfast.

Had to move to another room due to the water leaking from the top floor to the bathroom when someone was taking a shower, the continental breakfast wasn't good, the wi-fi was terrible. The staff was okay. Felt like I should've got a discount for the issue with the leaking issue.
