Reservation got screwed up so lost my night stay. We were never i formed until we got there that they required a $100.00 cash cash deposit or you can't check in. Even if someone else paid I wouldn't stay there.

Terrible quality. They scammed me out of my $100 .00 deposit. I was there for 4 days . Not once did they clean my room or bring me towels. I left the room at 6 am. Cam back at noon to get my deposit and they said I didn’t check out in time so the kept 3 nights worth of $. I’ll never use OyO again. They are absolute trash.

do too a loose hand grab bar in the shower , I slip on Monday & fell. I reported to manager she put in an price adjustment request for me. I hope they do fix it. I would Not want another person to fall thinking a grab bar would be secure....):

Where do I start? Stains everywhere in the room / walls, heater, bath, bedding. Barely any bedding. One blanket - no spread or comforter. No real pillows - just 2 square foams that were smaller than a standard pillow. Stains on the sheets. TV kept loosing signal. It was late, so I stayed ; otherwise would have moved on. Oh, and had to leave a $100 cash deposit.
