Built between the pedestrian street and the Arve river, the residence enjoys a particularly privileged and quiet location: you will not hear any vehicle moving while being in the very center of Chamonix!
The apartment also has a terrace with a clear view of the Brévent mountains.

5 minutes on foot: central SNCF station in Chamonix and bus station for shuttles connecting in particular Geneva
4 minutes on foot: ski lifts for the Aiguille du Midi and the Brévent

Very bright, it is fully covered with larch parquet floors and equipped with the utmost care to make you feel even better than at home: large flat screen satellite TV with home cinema in the living room, large flat screen TV in the large bedroom , wifi, over-equipped kitchen, washer-dryer, large Italian shower, high-end hotel bedding, private underground parking, private ski locker (see details below)


5. A completely modular apartment according to your needs
In each of the 2 bedrooms, 2 sleeping configurations are possible: large king-size bed (180 * 200 cm) or 2 single beds (90 * 200 cm).


6. The comfort of an all-inclusive service
Like the hotel but with the added comfort and space!
Our apartment is managed by an agency that takes care of everything to make you enjoy your stay 100%: household linen provided (sheets, towels, ...) with beds made on arrival, cleaning at end of stay, and assistance throughout the stay in case of problems.
Everything is already included in our rental rates.
In addition, you can benefit from a whole catalog of optional services provided by the agency such as booking ski passes, airport shuttles, delivering breakfasts, purchasing food shopping before your arrival, etc.

7. A baby / toddler kit free of charge
Baby bed, bath, chair, changing mat, dishes, everything is provided for the little ones!


Description of the apartment, room by room:

The wide entrance is fitted with a mirror, a coat rack and a large closet, in which a washing machine (washer / dryer) is available.

The open and spacious living room has a WIFI system and a home cinema TV with satellite channels (French + foreign). It is equipped with a large corner sofa. The dining table can seat 4 people very comfortably and have all the necessary equipment for good convivial dinners (raclette, fondue, etc.). A French window opens onto a balcony with a view of the Brévent massif and the pedestrian street 30 meters away. Another window provides a very bright light throughout the living room.

The kitchen, open to the living room, is equipped with as many appliances as possible: large fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob with extractor, dishwasher, and many small household appliances for you provide undeniable comfort (coffee machine, toaster, blender, raclette machine, fondue machine, etc.). It is completed with very complete quality dishes (wine glasses, aperitif glasses, champagne glasses, ...)

The large bedroom is furnished with a king-size double bed (180 * 200 cm) which can be converted into 2 large single beds (90 * 200 cm), a large TV with flat screen, a very large cupboard and a window with a view of the Brévent massif and the pedestrian street 30 meters away. It can also easily accommodate a baby bed if necessary.

The small bedroom is also modular and can be prepared with either 2 large single beds (90 * 200 cm) or a very large "king-size" double bed (180 * 200 cm). It also has a large closet and a window opening onto the same view.

The bathroom has a large walk-in shower with hydro massage jets, a large sink with a large mirror, a toilet, a heated towel rack and an electric hairdryer. It also has a large window with lots of light.

Home away from home
We absolutely love it here and love staying in this condo. Fabrice has been an amazing house over the years. We appreciate what he does to make the condo clean and easily accessible with weird arrival and departure times. The place has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay and it’s extremely close to everything else you might need. We’re already counting down the days when we can go back!

Clean condo looks exactly like the photos, it was just as described the only thing I would have liked are a few instructions on garbage location and how to use the washer/dryer. The location is unbeatable, close to train, bus and cable car as well as the main pedestrian only street with shopping, bars and restaurants. The elevator was not working but out of control of the owner.

Excellent location
We enjoyed our stay to ski various areas of Chamonix. The ski bus is a 4 minute walk in boots to Chamonix Center bus stop on Outa. As it’s the second stop from the start it was easier to get seats on the bus. Snell sports was a quick rental of skis- a 3 minute walk. Or there is a ski delivery service. The main pedestrian street with shops and restaurants was a 30 second walk. Several small grocery stores were extremely close. The location was perfect. The apartment was well appointed with linens, dish soap, kitchen appliances. Bring your own shampoo, bath soap, and wash cloth.

Large central apartment with private parking
This is a perfect apartment in the heart of Chamonix, within short walk of two supermarkets and countless restaurants and cafes. The location could not be better and the furnishings are great, including a comfortable bed. Private underground parking is also a real plus. If you're arriving by car, be sure the manager gives you the address of the parking-garage entrance, not the address of the front of the building. The latter is on a pedestrian-only street to which your GPS cannot guide you by car.

Loved this little hideaway
We spent 6 wonderful days in this apartment and it was just amazing and we felt very much at home!! We had all the comfort needed. Fabrice, the owner, is quick to answer and very responsive. The apartment is much nicer than the photos, super clean, very comfortable bed, lots of closets and storage, bathroom storage is ample, kitchen has everything one needs, two TV’s one in the main lounge and one in the bedroom which I totally appreciated having when it was cold outside. This is an apartment we can easily spend a few month in with no problem. Parking space was a plus and the location was perfect, in the center of town and yet so quiet. I highly recommend Fabrice’s place and hope to return someday soon.
