The parking situation was a little rough but was manageable. The property was incredible and elegant. I really loved my stay and glad we went with this b&b over a conventional hotel.

The room and house was very clean! I particularly liked the seating areas on the porch and balcony. Would definitely come back!

Magnificently maintained and refurbished 100+ year old mansion. And the property is impeccably landscaped. The owner has great pride in his attention to detail. The dining room appliances were state of the art, food selection was great. Delightful experience overall; highly recommended by a person who generally does not comment publicly.

Champaign Garden Inn is absolutely delightful - perfect attention to detail in the beautiful Victorian, welcoming hosts who are considerate, and easy walking distance to the center of Champaign.
