Very, very clean. Super friendly staff, especially Gian at the breakfast buffet. Started our day with a smile. Lots of breakfast option, quality what you’d expect. Bed was harder than we like. Housekeeping delivered an extra pillow with a smile.

We really like the suite arrangement as we travel with a child whom we can't leave unsupervised. Is there any way we could put the bed in the living area and the fold-out in the bedroom? Only thing we didn't like was that temperature controls were hard to use. We eventually just turned it off.

Arrived to the hotel very late and the clerk was so helpful. He told us there was a Chinese restaurant that was open until 3:00am and they delivered. I had stayed at this particular hotel before and it is quickly becoming my hotel of choice.
