The manager had someone on his cell phone (on speaker) that was spouting profanities during the entire check-in. He was also rude and the hotel terms were completely different than those posted by Travelocity. The room stunk of burned air. There were drunks staggering about the back of the building and the air in the outside walkways reeked of marijuana. The entire vibe was like a bad Quinten Tarontino movie opener. Definitely not what I was expecting for a $117 a night motel.

Room came with pump Bottles of shampoo, conditioner and handsoap. Very nice. No weather stripping on room door leaving 1/2 inch gap under door so humidity and bugs able to come i to room. No dresser or wardrobe to store clothes in. Bathroom had multiple short hairs in bathtub and bathroom floor. Toilet paper holder was difficult to reach as it was attached to same wall as toilet but very far away and on a holder that was broken and tipped causing roll to fall off holder

Room was not like the website. Floor titles loose, bathroom not clean, not enough lamps in the room. Breakfast was just dry toast. I asked for butter and jelly but was told they ran out 30 minutes after breakfast startet. Very disappointing

The room smelled like marijuana, the bathroom sink was dirty, there was only one coffee in the room booked for two, the bathtub was dirty and a used soap was on the top of the shower surround. The second night of our stay, a water main broke (so we were told) and we could not use the restroom or shower to get ready, and they would not offer a refund or credit to relocate.

Check in was smooth. Floor in room was not clean. Bathroom was in need of deeper cleaning. After about 10 minutes in bed my sister started scratching the top of her foot, she had welts appear & we did not see a reason at the time. I awoke after one hour of sleep & discovered I was not alone in the bed. Found 4 bedbugs crawling in the bed, took photos/videos & then killed them. Upon checking further we moved the beds where an abundance of trash & dried soda was discovered which I also photoed. My sister had welts from bites on her arm, feet, legs & hip. We gathered our belongings, sealed them in plastic bags, went to the office & checked out. The night manager appeared to be embarrassed,apologized profusely. I transferred the photos & videos to his phone so the incident could be documented. Waiting now to see if my card will be charged & if I came home with unwelcome guests.
