Put in handicap room. When asked for change. Lied about being full. Sink did not work. Tub did not work. Handicap bathroom took up space wanted for sleeping and relaxing. Chair in room was horrible. Uncomfortable and unusable. When I complained. Empty apologies. No response via email from gm.

Bedbugs in your the beds. Dirty and smelly carpet. My daughter was bitten and they acted like it was normal business day.
