I thought the hotel looked much nicer online. The room was not very clean. The room: you could tell the shower needed to be washed out, there was hair on the wall in the bathroom, the toilet seat needed to be cleaned, the carpet in the room didn’t look like it was vacuumed very well. I’m not picky but I feel like especially during COVID it should have been cleaned better than that. The lobby was dirty; every table by the breakfast area was dirty (& they aren’t serving breakfast during this time so I’m not sure why the tables were so gross). Overall, I had higher expectations for this hotel & was let down.

The hotel was outdated and not to clean.I asked for pool towels And I was told they had none. I asked for extra towels and wash rags, As there were four people in my party and we had three towels and one wash rag. That they will not give us extra towels or wash rags that we had to exchange the ones we had I end up going to the store and buying wash rags. Because I could not get any from the hotel Because I could not get any from the hotel. I then want down to my vehicle on Monday morning and found that my vehicle had been booted! I was not told at check in That the parking spots behind the hotel was not there parking. I had to pay $50.00 to get the boot removed. I am a holiday inn priority member and I WOULD NOT recommend that hotel to anyone. The service and rooms would be better at a $34.00 a night motel not the &150.00 a night I paid plus the cost to remove the boot.

We have never had staff that went over and beyond like the staff here. Friendly, kind, and alert to possible needs. It was like we were the only guests they ever had!! Our thanks go to Ebony, Jazzy, Alicia and Mr Donald!! We didn’t want to leave...excellent, excellent staff.
