Charged an additional fee without telling you or travelocity. The carpets are dirty. And the pool wasn’t clean.

Overwhelming smell of bleach, hair in several areas of the bathroom, no shampoo, dirty dishes in dishwasher, someone's underwear stuffed in the couch cushion.

Toilet was clogged and while we asked for a plunger, there was no one on site to fix it. We know we are traveling during COVID, but it was quite an ugly site for one of the two evenings we stayed there.

Enjoyed

The hote was very clean and everybody was super nice and friendly! They told me where all the good spots was to hangout and always was willling to help my fiends and me with anything! I really enjoyed my stay and looking forward to going back ASAP!!
