Family stay

Buyer Beware!

Pros: Bathroom nice, kitchen nice....but useless given the fact that there was no where to sit and eat.
Cons: Sound insulating windows, light control for upper windows, provide a table and chairs, and provide a dresser or bureau.
Location: Bad location given it is on a busy intersection!
Located on the corner of a very busy intersection with bus stop, traffic noise all day and all night! Unit B is truly problematic....multiple windows....all old and not insulated...thus street noise is constant...in addition...two upper windows are even with street light and traffic light...which shine and change colors all night long. Unit B is nicely redone...but only a small closet...kitchen could be better equipped....and what is the point of having a kitchen when you do not have a table to eat at, or chairs. In addition, there is no dresser to put any clothes in! The owner/landlord better give some more attention to this unit...and likely the others too. All in all...you would do better to stay elsewhere...anywhere...but here!
