This seemed like a lower tier motel that had a fresh coat of paint allowing them to put the Wyndham name on it. The bathroom sink was gorgeous but the hole in the wall next to the bathtub was concerning. I'm not too worried about the dirt on the walls because I don't typically rub up against the walls. With all of the rooms facing the parking lot it was loud fairly late into the night and the gap under the door ensured the smells and voices carried into the room. The phone was missing most of its buttons and had no dial tone. The clerk's response was to ask if I needed to make a call. I didn't, I just don't think having a functional phone in the room is too much to ask. By midnight the person in the room above us went to bed so we could no longer hear every footstep and the parking lot had actually quieted down. Lots of external light gets into the room so bring earplugs and an eyemask if you want to get a solid night's sleep. The lobby is nice, but the printed page taped to the glass telling guests not to bring dirty shoes into the lobby knocks the implied quality down a peg. The more rules you have to tape to your window, the lower quality it makes a hotel appear. I would not stay here again unless I was desperate and brought earplugs, eyemask, and something to stuff into the gap under the door to muffle the sounds and smells.

Decor was lovely, bed was AWESOME!!!, convenient to highway, staff was nice.....didn't like that i was charged for an early check-in, besides thatbinenjoyed my stay, will stay again.

I was very very disappointed. They advertise a full hot fresh breakfast. Day one, there was nothing out. No coffee, no breakfast. When I asked, they brought out frozen egg, bacon and cheese biscuits and said, there’s the microwave. Day two, this time they already had the frozen biscuits out with some fruit bars. They had coffee but only have sugar. They do not provide cream fir the coffee. Out of two hotels, I choose this one because of the breakfast. And this is the first time I have had a bad experience at a Quality Inn. I had sent an email to the manger and never received a reply. I will never ever stay at the hotel again.
