Loved the atmosphere and the vibe when walking through the front door - smelled amazing! Front desk help was attentive. Server at the in house restaurant was great. The room was very nice. I flagged down a housekeeping gal the morning after we checked in as the kleenex with the cover on in the bathroom was damp and smelled moldy/musty. Looked like it had gotten water in it and sat for some time. There was even mold starting under the box. I threw the old one in the garbage. Also - when we got to the room the shampoo was missing out of the shower. I did not report that as I had brought my own shampoo. Had to wipe down some in the bathroom - mainly on the door and under the hand soap.

Room was dirty, carpets not clean, staff was not friendly or responsible when confronted with issues, parking was the worst. Overall experience was horrible. We will never stay at this location again.

LOVE this place! It’s super trendy and beautiful! The rooms are spacious and gorgeous. The restaurant is amazing and the food is delicious! The front desk staff is the BEST, beyond accommodating and friendly! I didn’t want to leave!
