Very clean room & comfortable bed! My husband and I had a good night's stay here.

Almost one-third of the room had very wet carpet from the Heat/AC unit leaking. When we addressed this issue with the front desk, they were unapologetic, stated that there were no other rooms available and wanted to know if we wanted our money back. The ACC Championship Game was in town, so there were no other hotel options at this late notice. They did not even try to rectify the problem or try to dry the carpet. Very disappointed!
