I felt very safe in this hotel. Everything was clean an welcoming. Breakfast was a welcome addition and it was set up perfectly everything in easy access and super clean. I was happy to see that the hotel was pet friendly. We didn’t have a pet with us but I was happy to know that I could have brought my dog in the future. Thank you 😊

I stay there whenever im in LKN!!!

The owners Mr. Mrs. Patel are EXTREMELY guest services oriented! Their attention to detail and cleanliness is second to none. They even have complimentary toothbrushes combs and toothpaste in case you forget something as we all have at one point or another. If I was a restaurant owner in Lake Norman I would have an exclusive referral program set up with this particular property as they repeatedly demonstrate how a hotel should be operated... :-#41#41

Uncomfortable and quality of breakfast was poor.

Every family member woke up in pain from the most uncomfortable beds. The springs were sticking out on the sides. The pillows weren't much better. The children told us they were sick. When we asked what the problem was...they replied with, "our backs are hurting." The front desk did not seem to care and neither did the overall Choice Hotel chain which was most disappointing. The juice at breakfast might as well have been labeled water because it was so watered down. I must say, however, that their coffee is great and their rooms were very nice overall, but the bedding quality needs to be upgraded. I think we can find a better place to stay for the $.

Cheap price-Overall Good Rating

This hotel was recently renovated. It looks new,but is not. The a/c was loud and did not seem to operate properly. The tub had a drainage problem,which was fixed immediately. Very good response time. No coffee avail at nite. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, great price for a pretty nice hotel.

Great Hotel!

This is a fairly new hotel and right off a main road. The front desk personnel were very friendly & helpful. Our room was comfortable and the bed was extremely comfortable. We overslept every day we were in Charlotte. A great value and highly recommended.
