Your parking options are either valet or find a parking spot somewhere in the city. When I got to my room there was food left there. I got a new room and asked the staff to bring the bottle of champagne from my old, dirty room to the new one and they said that was not possible. Also, I booked the room I did it was because there was a bathtub and when I got there to check in all the rooms with bathtubs were already occupied so they “couldn’t help me out”. I would pick a different hotel.

The hotel was clean and brand new, but the front desk attendants were extremely rude and not friendly at all! They tried to overcharge me by a lot. I had to show proof of my online rate before they would credit my account that they had previously charged the wrong total to. Moreover, gave me attitude through the entire process.
