It wasn’t very clean, floors in the room were sticky. the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. No one gave any explanation. Not sure why the fire department was called.

It wasn’t the property it was Travelocity the information wasn’t sent to the hotel until 4hours after we got to the hotel we had to wait and couldn’t get anyone on the phone to talk to never use this service

Check in staff could learn some basic manners such as learning to say please and thank you. Room smelled terrible! Pillows were flat and hard and there was no extra blanket. When I called about a hairdryer, I was told that when room was renovated it was removed. Really!!!!! We have stayed at another Extended Stay property and it was very nice. This one was terrible and we will not ever stay at Extended stay again since quality is not consistent.

Bad neighborhood, scary people wondering the halls at night, dirty floors, bathroom, hald uses toiletries, a/c didn't work. My rate is -5. Ladies DO NOT stay at this "hotel". Specialy if you are alone. From the check-in, to the neighborhood is scary! The door into the front desk looked as it has been tampered with several times. That gave me a bad feeling. There was no one at the reception when I walked in and, no bell or sign explaining what to do or who to call. After knocking three times the employee came out and checked us in. The uniform polo he was wearing looked like it had been worn for 3 or 4 days. As we drove to our building we passed a group of shady men. There were several trash bags by the stairs. I am sure you can imagine the smell. The room's floor was all stick, so was the recliner and the kitchen counter. The tube of shampoo or what ever it was, was half used. The tub's drain had hair and there was a blood stain on the wall inside the shower/tub. No cups, glasses pots, pans, utensils or plates. The whole place was creepy and disgusting. NEVER AGAIN. Glad it was just a one night stay.
