never disappointed
Always a good night at Hampton Inn

The "third party" reservation (i.e., Expedia?) automatically placed me in a smoking room. The polite desk clerk pointed this out and was able to place me in a non-smoking room (although immediately across from the elevator). In the end, all turned out well.

Staff was good at check in. Room was a little outdated, bed was terrible couldn't sleep because back was hurting from bed. Pillows not comfortable either. Bathroom needs an update as well. But it was ok for one night
