Hard to believe that this is a Hilton property front desk staff not very welcoming nor friendly. The lobby area of the hotel was very nice but the rooms were terrible, outdated furniture and decor the carpet had huge stains on them which made the room look filthy the sofa was worn and riddled with spots and stain marks asked for a different room unfortunately the new assigned room was just as filthy beds were comfy and clean will never stay at this property again and of course they charge you 10.00 for parking

The hotel was full of passengers from cancelled American Airlines flights. The staff all rose to the occasion especially in the bar/dining area. They worked very hard to accommodate all of us in a timely manner. The food was delicious!!

While the 2 room suite was spacious, the room was a bit run down. The carpet had a huge stain. The couch was filthy. I sat on a towel. I made coffee in the room and the creamers were expired. Lamps and other parts of the room were dusty which makes me question the "deep clean" all these hotels are claiming during covid. The lobby area was nice. Staff was fine.shuttle was on time.
