Didn’t even get to stay there actually they gave our room away even tho we paid in full for it. We went to a concert and then came to check in and our room was sold to someone else. Now the guy at the front desk did try to help by calling around to find us a room but still was very crappy for the earlier shift to sell out people reservations. There was numerous people coming in all whom had their rooms taken away. I wouldn’t stay there they may try to take you room while your in it

The card to get in the side entry to my room did not work and I had to go around the building in the rain to get a replacement. the next morning that card did not work so I had to replace the card to get in the building and the elevator twice. The complimentary computer to get my airplane ticket did not work. Although they said they would not be cleaning my room for the second night of my visit they did anyway and left me with only one towel. on the first night the refrigerator made a dozen different noises through the night but the second night no noises at all.
