I didn’t like the fact that the towels in the bathroom was dirty, I was locked out of my room after already being checked in and spending a night. And yes, the room and my stay was already paid for in full at time of checking in. It took more than 25 minutes for them to lift the block on my room to let me in and after all this my key card still was not in working order. I called down to service desk and asked for another card to be sent up to me and they told me it wasn’t possible and that they’ll send security up. It’s after midnight at the point and I waiting for over 30 minutes without having anyone show up. I gave up, very sad for a place that charges so much to stay there. I checked again at the front desk to see what happened and why was there such a lack of urgency when I called down for security to actually go up to the room and not to even giving the room a call to check in and they said they had me checked in to a different room!?! Wow, I don’t know they just need to get their act together. Would not recommend this place at all.
