Unique Marina Unit w/an exquisite Lake view & a cute bonus Selfie-Wall! This spacious Condo gives off vibrant energy as it overlooks the Lake. The two separate bedrooms are spacious and have the added bonus of a large Roku TVs. They are on opposite sides of the unit to give privacy. This cozy hideout allows you to spend the day inside relaxing or outside watching TV or the boats go by. A grill is merely steps away. We’ve included a remote office nook for your convenience. Sheets, towels, pots/ pans & the w/d are available for use during your stay. Ample parking is also available.

Cancelled my trip without any notification
Host had my money for over a month. I contacting 2 days prior to check on everything. Was told the reservation had been canceled and I was never notified. it was Thanksgiving week. They said too bad. Awful. I had 36 hours to find another place in Lake Norman during Thanksgiving week.

Great layout
The layout is great for privacy amongst guests. It was very clean and everything worked. We did have to purchase coffee pods and toilet paper. Our main issue were the mattresses. The one in the front bedroom has a horrendous dip and it needs to be replaced and the sheets were old. Water backs up in the tub immediately while showering. Other than that, it was fine. Nice partial view of the marina and convenient to everything.

Perfect getaway!
Loved this place! Great location for a good price for our needs. Perfect for 2 adults and 2-3 children. I was originally anxious per a bad review that I read but unit was clean, and beds and living room furniture (important for us) very comfortable. Good amenities even though we did not take advantage of them for we had activities elsewhere. Close to every type of shopping or restaurants you could ever need. I hope it's available next year for our family reunion. We will definitely stay here again.

Arrived on Thursday and was very excited to spend time with family members that traveled from a long way. When I went into the master bathroom, it appears that someone used the toilet and didn't flush properly. I called to emergency line because we found multiple hairs and grease stains on our sheets and the person on the other line promised that I would hear from her manager but no one reached out to follow up. It looked like someone slept on the sheets and just pulled the covers up to make it look nice. The young lady that I spoke with only offered excuses. I pulled out a clean towel to use and it seems that there was some sort of fur balls that came off of the towel onto your skin. I had to use something else in order to get the fur balls off of my skin. The owner really needs to invest in better towels. My family and I travel all over to have our annual family reunion get together and shopping and we rent thru VRBO all the time, spending thousands of dollars. We were unable to close the bathroom door with the mirror on the back, so you had no privacy in the bathroom. The hooks over the top of the door prevented the door from closing properly. From all of the years that we have traveled, this is the second time that I've complained about a stay. I know that I will not rent this unit again.
