I was given a smoking room even though my reservation clearly said non-smoking. I showed the lady at the front desk and she said there was nothing she could do as there were no more non-smoking rooms available. No discounts offered for the mix-up or anything. The room smelled awful and all of my clothes and luggage did too the next day.
