The hotel was the issue not Travelocity. The hotel double charged me when asking for a card to put on file. Once i addressed the matter professionally and without being upset it was taken care of then three weeks later without contacting me or getting my approval went back in with my card info and charged my credit card again. I contacted them and was told i just had checked out of the hotel when i told them there was noway the said one moment and told me that i owed them from my last stay that was three weeks prior and they went back in without contacting me by mail, email, or call but yet illegally charged my card on 10-21-21. Then apologized for it and said they would send me a proper letter at a later time. Not happening and this is the most form of illegal practice by residence inn Marriott in Charlotte nc mint hill area.

they didn't have a room for us because Travelocity screwed us. Never use Travelocity again. over booked and the hotel they sent us too never herd any information for us. Cost us over $400 to get a room that originally was $124

Parking was expensive in the parking garage. Manager was very rude to my husband at check in. Asked for blankets for my child multiple times over 2 hours before they were finally delivered.
