The good and the bad
First of all, the good - the apartment location and facilities were great. Everything was close and the apartment was even walking distance to Starbucks and Whole Foods. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well. The apartment was very clean and comfortable.
Now the bad - communication with the management company was horrible. The previous guest lost the key fob to enter the building and facilities and after many text messages (the only way to communicate with management), we were finally given the fob on our third day at night. We were unable to use the gym facilities, elevator from the parking garage and even the side entrance without the fob. Management kept saying that the fob was not necessary and everything was open/unlocked, which wasn’t the case. We booked this apartment for the gym facility and were only able to use it once during our stay. Would never stay at a Stay Viagem apartment again.
