Great location, price, cleanliness, check-in. Comfortable bed. Quiet area - close to highway, but without the highway noise. Inside entrance was nice. Festive lobby (Christmas theme). This was my first time at this hotel brand and I was pleasantly surprised. Great price. I needed a clean, comfortable, affordable room close to the highway and that's what I got. No frills necessary. I will stay here again for sure!

The house keeping lacked, there was a piece of chewing gum stuck on night stand. Also, the hair dryer was removed by cutting the electrical connection, but they left the plug(unplugged) there. Dangerous!!!

Worst Hotel Ever!

Pros: NOTHING
Cons: Uniforms for staff, clean the common areas even if they are under construction. Something healthy for breakfast, a piece of fruit maybe!!
Location: There is nothing. It is way outside of town.
I arrived rather late, desk clerk lounging in the "guest area", dressed in street clothes as opposed to, well, maybe a uniform. I thought she was a hotel guest at first. She quickly returned to the front desk to check me in. Hallways wreaked of cigarette smoke, and were filthy!! Smelled new carpet when I opened my door, and was pleased. That changed when I turned on the light... trash on the floor and all the bed linens in a pile in the middle of the bed and the mattress looked old and dirty. Clearly they had worked on that room that day and were not done. Clerk was embarrassed, had no other singles, after "calling" the owners for instruction, put me in a double on the 2nd floor. This room was not much better, was clearly thrown together and made livable by the onsite (live in) construction crew. The room was 1/2 done as far as the remodel, vanity area nice, bed spread stained. Free continental breakfast was a joke, nothing but sugar, no protein, no fruit. Went for Belgian waffle, syrup was watered down... Really!

Okay for a stop & stay

The hotel was a little ducked off. Upon entering it did smell of smoke of some type. I checked into my room, which was fairly clean. The room did have some major cosmetic issues. (black scuffs on wall, bent lamp shade, dusty, dusty, dusty). There was pee on my toilet. The bed was really comfortable, ac worked great, tv was great. There was a smell of mildew or something of that sort, but it wasn't unbearable. Hotel staff was pretty helpful. Very close to food and shopping. Okay price.

Ok place for the price

Pros: king size bed
Cons: Update bathrooms. New manager
Location: Right next to Jaquar and Lexus dealerships but the hotel was a little dumpy
Bathrooms are in need of updating. Room was comfortable. Appeared clean. Continental breakfast was adequate. Check started at 3 p.m. We arrived at 4 p.m. and manager assumed we weren't coming to he used the credit card that we used to hold the reservation and charged our room in full. NEVER TOLD US HE DID THAT! Took our credit card at checkin and acted like they ran it again even though it was already paid in full. Never admitted that. Refused to give us a receipt at check in or checkout. Most staff did not speak English, and manager was very rude. Admitted his front desk should have told us what had happened with the credit card but refused to make it right, or even apologize for that matter. Would not stay there again, even if it were free

Not a bad place for the money

Pros: Nice bed
Location: Location was good. For the hotel to be kind of dumpy, it was next door to a Jacquar/Porsche dealership which was weird
TV was new, bed was clean and comfortable. There was a microwave and mini fridge which kept things very cold. Toilet seat was broken and kept falling off toilet. I did get four calls at 12:34 a.m. and front desk could not tell me anything about any of them. Did not charge my credit card when I checked in but charged the card that I held the room with WHICH WAS NOT EXPECTED. They did not specifycard was being charged, even though they took my card I wanted to use at checkin but never charged anything on it. Just be careful and make you preferences known to them and make sure you are getting what want.

You Get What U Pay For

Pros: Close restaurants
Cons: No free Internet, fire ants in room, tiny bathroom
My family and i were only planning to stay 1 nite in this hotel....Thank God it was only 1 nite. Check in was easy and quick. This particular hotel apparently doesn't attract a better class of people. 'Kinda Scary'. Anyway, the microwave in the room was tremendously outdated, bathroom extremely close quartered. The most unappealing trait about this hotel was that there were fire ants in the room. We were all bitten several times throughout the nite. Didn't even bother telling management, I was too busy burning the tires out of the parking lot. GOOD LUCK!! The should rename this to "America's Best Value Crack House".

Two strikes you're out.

Stayed twice to give them a second chanch. First stay: was kept up 2 nights by noisy A/C and Frig wouldn't cool. I wasn't put in the room I had reserved. I had them move me to another room on the 3rd night. That room was OK. Second stay :3 stragetic lights not working. Cords cut on two. Fire hazzard. Refrigerator broke while I was out. Food spoiled, water everywhere. Noisy A/C. Very shameful continental breakfast. Bed was comfortable, TV's worked well, and good location. Hotel was pretty quiet. Be aware that all control knobs on the refrigerators have been broken off so guests can't adjust.

Funeral Trip

We were suprised to find out once we arrived that the rates for our stay was actually $12-$15 cheaper per night than I had seen online when looking for a hotel. This was an unplannned trip to TN. and right after Christmas so that was nice. \nThe hotel was clean and the staff (other than the young girl on the morning shift) was very nice. I would definetly stay again, although, if the young girl would happen to be there on my next attempt to stay at this hotel I would probably feel led to find something else just so I wouldnt have to deal with her smug attitude.

Great place for the price

This hotel was in a good location. It is one exit away from the mall and many resturants. The room was big. It had a refrigerator and microwave. There was also a loveseat in the room. The only con I saw was that the tub could have been cleaner. The staff was very friendly. I left my ring there and it was mailed to my house in days. This was overall a good place for the price.
