Lamp light out in room. One bed squeaked each time spouse turned, sounded like something metal. Kitchen staff not in uniform. Check out staff, hair was wrapped in a scarf and piled high on head, and she was flossing her teeth when I approached. I asked for printed receipt, she held the floss in her fingers while doing this. Gross, unprofessional.

The morning breakfast was very good (eggs, biscuits and sausage gravy, bacon, breakfast rolls, juice, cereal, etc.) Rooms were nice. Didn't get to use the pool or walk around the area as it was 25F with a breeze at night and 40F during the day.

Ice maker on floor 2 broken. Tops to styrofoam cups don’t fit at all. Otherwise it was clean, nice and comfortable.
