This property is located a few minutes walk from the aquarium, Coolidge Park, Amazing Restaurants, Grocery stores and everything that down town has to offer. We are located at the end of the Market street bridge sharing the same property as Walgreens making everything you could need for your stay at your fingertips. No expense was spared in creating this one of a kind luxury property. We are excited for you to experience it!!!
We live close by and can be available in person or by phone if needed.
We are at the foot of the market st bridge that leads to the aquarium. Mezcla Cantina (Best Mexican Food in Town) , Taco Mamacita and Clumpies are all within a 2 minute Walk. First Watch Breakfast, Edley's BBQ and Mean Mug Cafe are within 2 minutes Drive. The Walking Bridge, Coolidge Park, Aquarium and The Riverwalk are with 3 minutes drive. Publix and Whole Foods are within 2 minutes Drive and the neighborhood is lively and friendly.

I’m not sure whether I missed it, but I was not aware that there were 4 different levels from the ground to the top. No worries on my end, but someone booking that may not be able to do stairs. Would need to take this in consideration. Everything else was fantastic!

Fun Birthday Stay
Had a nice stay in a fun location for daughter's 20th birthday. Accommodations were great for hosting girls on one floor and guys on another. Loved: The decor - very stylish and well appointed (hooks on bathroom doors would be an extra nice touch). The kitchen was nicely appointed nicely with just about anything you could need. The pool table & huge comfy sectional was lots of fun for the kids! We had brunch just down the street at First Watch - wonderful!! Lacking: There were a couple of overlooked housekeeping issues that were a bit unsettling; we brought those to the owner's attention and felt like they would be addressed with the appropriate persons. Caution: The unit has three flights of stairs - garage to living area; living area to main sleeping area; sleeping area to gameroom. Great exercise, but not so fun hauling luggage! Overall, we had a nice and fun stay and would definitely visit again! We booked primarily for the location - unfortunately, the weather was terrible and we couldn't walk around as hoped. The owner was nice enough to allow an early check-in though!

Great stay, wonderful location
We stayed in Chattanooga for a long weekend while our daughter competed in a cheerleading competition at the convention center. This property was in a great location, super convenient to get to everything. Several great food options within steps of the home. The only negative is there’s no bin for garbage and we didn’t have access to the dumpster. Will definitely look to stay here again any time we’re in town.
