the room they gave me stunk really bad like cat pee and was really filthy with holes in the walls so i requested another room that room was also filthy and stunk really bad and had mold and also holes in the walls so i requested housekeeping to come and clean it. they came in and wiped two mirrors with 409, so i went to the store and got clorox wipes and lysol, but that still didn’t work the ceiling was full of mold. it was really disgusting. i forced myself to stay there that night, but we didn’t sleep all night because we didn’t know what would be crawling around cause we did see a bug. i had to check out and find someplace else to go. Staff was rude and unprofessional. I have been calling for 10 days and been given the runaround and lied to call Dar would get a call back by the manager never did his name is Bob, and is very rude and unprofessional. Worst hotel ever and should be closed down! I have pictures, but don’t know how to post them here. Do not stay in this nasty place!

Dirty towel in the bathroom not removed. Towel rack shelf was rusted into the wall about an inch. Bed was comfortable.

There was still trash in the room when we checked in. The beds were very hard and air conditioner was loud. The shower head came out of the wall when trying to adjust the angle. The safety bar in the shower was loose to the point of being a hazard. There was no representative at the front desk when we were leaving to leave the keys with and no way to contact anyone for help. For the price that I paid I expected more and was very disappointed. It will definitely make me think twice before booking with a Quality (Not Quality) Inn & Suites in the future.

Halfway home....

Pros: Nice room, prices, pleasant staff.
Cons: Make sure rooms are ready for guests....first room had wet floor due to storms....
Location: Quite a bit of tourist attractions, and great halfway point to Florida.
Staff was most accommodating. Our first room was wet due to storm, but we were upgraded right away.
