    "5 star service and accommodations. Amazing grounds. Wonderful SPA!!! The thermal massage is a must do. It was very hard to get in. Book in advance when you make your reservation. The bikes were horrible, but I think they are waiting for new ones. The concierge was the best we have ever encountered. He gave us an amazing tour of Chavis and provided access to one of the best vineyards we have ever visited. Wonderful service. Breakfast was very good. We ate at both Restaurants and were disappointed with the meals. We did not do the taster menu in the ballroom but did have the duck and veal and would not order them again. The Lobster/ avocado dish was amazing. We would go back to this hotel. "
