Only problem we had- car pick up was not at airport. Did not know that! we had to pay 20 dollars to take cab to Herrz rental. it is closed on sunday, the day we return. Car place could not switch our return to airport. Hopefully we can find taxi to pick us up from closed Hertz rental service

My first time using American to come visit my granddaughter. All was well except when I opened my bags and the presents I had wrapped were ripped open..clothes all in terrible condition from ransacking.
