Flight Review

Pleasant staff

Jan 13, 2020

It was just a great experience overall! I don't travel much and I appreciated the feeling of being taken care of.

Not happy with dogs on the flight or the size of carry on luggage permitted. The airlines need to permit only trained and certified service dogs and make sure carry ons are the legal size. RUN YOUR BUSINESS.

Dec 18, 2019

No delays and no problems on this flight. Suits me.

Best flight attendants I’ve had in a while

Great flight!

Mar 18, 2018

Seats are way too cramped. If one row of seats were removed from each side of plane, it would make a world of difference, and I cannot believe it would affect the bottom line enough to not try and make your customers a little more comfortable.

Mar 9, 2018

Even though we were delayed due to the bad weather, staff was still friendly and helpful.

How to get through airport security fast when traveling to La Crosse

If you like the idea of spending more time at the airport bar and less time moving through security on your way to La Crosse, just follow these helpful tips:

  • Be sure you know the location of your travel ID and boarding pass. You don't want to hold up the queue when you're asked to produce them.
  • Remove your belt and shoes before arriving at the security checkpoint. Items like these are not allowed in the body scanner.
  • Electronic devices such as phones, laptops and cameras will need to be put through the X-ray machine separately. Be sure to have them within easy reach.
  • When you get to the security checkpoint, you'll be asked to place all creams, gels and liquids in a separate tray for scanning. Make sure they're all in containers smaller than 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters) and sealed in a clear zip-lock bag.
  • Airport security staff will likely tell you to remove your shoes before entering the body scanner. Choose a pair that come off easily. There's nothing more annoying than having to do your laces up over and over again.
  • Stash any pocketknives or other pointy items in your checked luggage. Airport security won't permit such things in carry-on baggage.
